From imprisoning dissidents to abducting their bodies, has the protesters’ recklessness frightened the government?
In recent years, civil protests have spread in Iran and we have rarely seen popular protests. Protests are accompanied by economic, social, and political demands. Sometimes these protests and civil resistance are suppressed and sometimes they are the basis of a great change and transformation in society. Have the Iranian protesters become bolder? Has the fear of sovereignty increased? What is the period of these changes and what are the reasons for it?
